Vide letter June 1, 2007, they offered an award of Euro 475,600.00 stating, "We are pleased to inform you the release of the awaiting results of the EURO LOTTO STAKES SL, a division of the Elgordo Mas Gordo International Lottery Promotional Programme held on 4 April 2007 as SOTEO DE SEMANA SANTA.

You were enterd as a dependent client by ANDALUSIA VISTA SA with reference no. UTL/7846/FS and batch no. BFG/32041. Your name attached tecket no. 69.1516 drew the 5th lucky winning number, which consequently won the Euro Lotto Stakes in the second category. You have, therefore, been approved for a payment of Euro 475,600.00 in cash credited to file reference no. (as above). This is from a total cash prize of Euro 26,756,820.00 shared among the international winners in all categories, congratulations"

Please note I have never purchased any lottery ticket. Alongwith the above letter they gave me a format that they asked me to fill up and fax it soon. They also asked for my accounts details and personal identification number. Once I sent these details, they called me on phone several time.

Two days latter, they told me that you money has been approved and that I am required to deposite INR 90,000.00 (1,450.00 Euros) toiwards insurance for security, which I never did because I came across your site. They asked me to keep the news as top secret.

They also faxed me some sort of a certificate
