Anytime Fitness, Paul, Owner Abuse of Power Lafayette Colorado

It's pretty simple. I complained one time about the poor maintence of the fitness equipment, had a conversation on the phone where threats were made to raise my membership costs and eventually my membership was cancelled. Others who complained were ignored. 

i contacted the corporate office and they said it was the managers choice. They had to back him. Not exactly the customer service I was expecting. 

You have many options in the fitness club industry. I would suggest you choose anyone but Anytime Fitness. Because, unlike other service industries, the customer is alway Wrong.
