I worked for Anytime Towing, they called me at 930pm to tell me they were letting me go and delivered my last pay by 10pm Dec 10th 03. I deposited the check into my account the next day. The check was posted to my account. On dec 16th I was in the negative in my account. Upon speaking with the bank officer I found out the check was returned NSF. I contacted Anytime and told them. Dec. 17th I went to my bank to get a copy of the statement to show charges. I went to the anytime towing office and spoke with Eddie. I showed him my account info and was informed to let the check go through again. In the mean time I am getting charged overdraft fees and fees for thier bad check, that seemed they have no intentions of reimbursing me for.
