Twice in three years now I have found charges on my bank statement for AOL Autovantage of $89.99! The first time I screamed and hollered to my bank, AOL and Autovantage and I thought it was all taken care of . . . although I never got my money back. Here it is a couple of years later and they are doing it to me again!

I read their Money Back Policy policy and it is a Catch-22! You can only get your money back if you mail in your membership card . . . well I never received a membership card, nor materials, or anything else from them for that matter!

This company has been getting away with this FRAUD for some time now (several years) . . . there HAS to be something that can be done to put them out of business?!! I can't afford this nonsense!
