AOL Customer Service ripoff New York Internet

my daugher has aol i pay her bill they where sending her notices to sign on her master screen name for an account so she called aol custermer service to up i gave them my account number i payed with they said there was a block on the card and she took the account number and took out $139 dollars they should'nt of done that aol is a big company and should be shut down for ripping me off and my

daugher signed on her master screen name after they took the money there was no message for an account update it was junk from aol and i swear customer service said they had to update the account my daugher called them with a complaint they said there was nothing they could do they still say they have to update the account i won't give em my account number
