AP0*Businessmax 888-584-2217 CT Outrageous! Free business cards cost me $171.35 Norwalk Connecticut
*Author of original report: SUCCESS! Businessmax REFUNDED my money! It was easy!
On 8/30/05, I ordered "free" business cards from VistaPrint.
Starting on 9/30/05, I was getting a monthly charge of $12.95 from AP9*Businessmax 888-584-2217 CT.
This went on until 7/27/06, and unfortunately it is now, early 2008, when I am going over some records and discovering these charges (and this website).
I have not tried to recover the funds. Given the number of reports here about them, I doubt I'll get those bucks back, but I will happily join a class-action suit against these shysterers. And I intend to call them first thing tomorrow. If I have good results, I am determined to share those, too. I'm not hopeful.

SUCCESS! Businessmax REFUNDED my money! It was easy!
AUTHOR: Richpee - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, April 11, 2008
After reading many reports on Businessmax here, I had little hope of getting my money back. (see http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/324/RipOff0324174.htm)
Surprisingly, after calling them, speaking to a helpful person on the phone (and being put on hold for 3-4 minutes while he "talked to his manager"), I was told I would get my money back.
3 business days later, (he told me 2), I checked my credit card statement online, and there are 11 new credits to my account. REFUND IN FULL!!!
I was told when I ordered via VistaPrint, there was a "click here to save $10" link, which signs you up for a monthly service. Whereas I'm old enough and wise enough not to fall for that, knowing nothing is free, I found it dubious that I would have clicked on such a link. The key here is they acknowledge their connection to VistaPrint.
In any case, it was quick and painless to get my money back. Possibly because of sites like this one that put dubious practices under a microscope. I will write to VistaPrint to express my displeasure, but will likely order from them again and just keep a better eye on my credit card balance in subsequent months. After all, it is a good deal, if you don't get slammed.
