After discovering recurring charges from AP9 Businessmax, I learned it was connected to a business card order through Vista.

While speaking with the Electronic Fraud division at my bank, I learned they deal with hundreds of AP9 Businessmax complaints.

Why these digital pick-pockets are still allowed in the Visa system is beyond me.
