AP9 Homeworks Plus started billing our Chase Credit Card account without our consent,without our knowledge.

We just noticed it the last couple of months. The amount being billed per month is 17.95. This amount being billed goes back to January of 2006, and probably further than that.

We would like to find out how to be reimbursed for this money and would like to report this company to the better business bureau. Any advice you can gvie would be appreciated.
