I applied for a promotional $1 credit monitoring system, then I cancelled it immediately by calling in. For the past 3 months i've been charged the promotional $1 every month. I've emailed them more than 3 times to cancel since it says you can call or email to cancel. I don't want to talk to some p***k who just stole money from me so I emailed them. I know it's not much money but this case is about the principal seeing that this company is now known for unauthorized transactions, they should be shut down if they handle personal confidential information like that. Somebody please get the FBI on them.
