On a debit card account that I have not used since October 2007, saving smart.com charge my account on 1-08-08 for $2.00, causing $76.00 in bank fees. The account is zero balance and was waiting on the bank to close it, when the charges happen. I try to cancel the membership (which I don't have) and the website would not let me close the membership. When you make the choice to canel a membership and press the go button, noting happens.
