APC Automotive Consultants Century Warranty Services Deliberately denied claim of refund and charged $735 for 2 months instead of $336 only. Chesterfield MO

I entered into a service contract with Century Warranty Services Inc (CWS Inc) offered by APC Automotive Product Consultants (Sterling McCall Lexus) on May 1, 2024.

 I put a down payment of $399 and $168 every month for 2 year contract payment with 5 yr or 60,000 miles contract. I paid $399 on May 1, paid $168 on May 31 and they charge me again $168 on July 1.

On July 2 i found out that I still have existing and active service contract from ASG thru my Houston Credit Union when I got the car on 2021 and valid until July 2025.

I immediately called CWS Inc and cancelled the contract and stop their monthly charges.  I was told they'll give me a prorated refund since the contract was used for the month of May and June only.  I called them and they said I'll get a zero refund.

 They claimed that I drove more than 9,000 miles in 2 months. I sent them my Miles Wise from AllState showing I drove only 650 miles for May and 820 miles for the month of June 2024.  

I sent all the documents they require to justify my refund but when I called 'the agent Lowanda' said it won't make any difference and won't get any refund.  They ripped me off.
