I was promised 4 months ago work to be completed according to their "Statement of Work" continually they have over stated and promised with no delivery. 4 months after completion was suppose to be done we still don't have a working app. They only communicate with me when I go through the sales site and text on the live chat. AJ there is great, he relays my messages. I message through SKYPE and get nothing but silence. I have requested my money back now 4 times and they keep telling me just give a little more time we will fix the problem and communicate better. Dont let them fool you. I have been more than patient and given many many chances to have them stick to their word. and they keep failing. I even told them all of this prior to posting on the review sites. "Its ok of you need the time or even cant deliver what we are asking. we just need to know. Be honest and understate and over deliver to customers. I'm ok with that I just need honesty".. even though I have sent them this statement and said in personally multiple times they keep overstating and under delivering.
Don't get fooled by their sales staff, the sales staff are great and available 24 hours. Once you pay your money they drop you into a bottomless pit of no communication and delays and over promises they cant deliver.

Sorry Guys Ram, Ted, and Watson. you have let us down too many times I tried to prevent this and have given you an extra 2 months to rectify. No Communication has caused this.
