Apple Inc. To unlock the lost status of Iphone 6 www.apple.com US

The password of my Apple ID is stolen, and my Iphone 6 Plus is settled lost, I provided all the documents, such as purchase invoice, photos required by Apple Inc. to the support staff 2 months before. 

Until now, I call them more than six times, five email letters, and the response is wait and wait. There is no identical date to be informed. I complain the services after sale is too slow and not kindly.

The apple staff even told me that I should DO NOT choose the lost model. That means, if we use Ihone, and if the Ipone is stolen or lost, we should let it as that. The lost model provided by Apple is just a point attract us to by it, not should use it in real. 

When I call the supporter of Apple, they repeat the same question time by time, and told me wait and wait. I am not sure I could use my Iphone after three months or not. 

I am so disappointed with Apple Inc. I will never buy any apple products in the future.
