I'm writing this complaint because Apple over the last couple years has become a company that doesn't care about customer service anymore, I've had multiple Apple products over the last 2 1/2 years ago bad two iPhone seven plus to iPhone tens and Apple Watch and now my month old iPhone X max, the 10 and the 10 max both had facial recognition problems.
When I ask Apple about this months ago they said there was no problems but when you Google search it there's quite a few articles about the facial recognition problem so Apple lied to me about that. They had my case at executive relations department almost 3 months about my iPhone X not working correctly.
Later on after I got AT&T to take care of the problem I found out the real reason that they never repaired or replaced the phone, it was because I was told by somebody who works in the senior advisor department that I was a red flag customer. So I asked what did that mean it basically means that you'll get nothing but minimal to basic technical support and you will never have a phone or any Apple product replaced.
Yesterday I drove over 150 miles to an Apple store that's round-trip miles because my wife's iPhone 8+ the battery doesn't work they said a battery aside for me told me to come there it wouldn't cost me anything then they said they were going to do it and if I had the phone sent off and had it diagnosed it was gonna cost me $100, can you charge somebody a diagnostics fee on a product that has still about a month and a half of warranty left.
They were trying to extort $100 out of me and my iPhone X max that doesn't work right the facial recognition and other things they want me to pay with a credit card $1180 until they get the phone back and once they get the old some back they'll put the money on my card. oh and also they want me to buy apple carePlus trying to get more money out of me.
How much you want to make a bet that once they got that old phone back it would've told me that they had to keep my money because it was something I did to the phone I don't trust this company one bit. If they were honest with me in the three months they had my case at executive relations and told me that I was no longer eligible for any kind of hardware support.
I would've not bought another phone from them I would've went somewhere else and either bought an android or I would've bought a refurbished Apple phone from a third-party dealer so I didn't have to deal with them. After I left the store I talk to a senior advisor get this if you can't get a hold of your original senior advisor which apples notorious for not returning phone calls or emails and you have to start over again with another senior advisor.
That's another case so if you talk to 10 senior advisers about one product that's 10 cases so they said I had over 100 cases and I told them well it's your senior advisers would return phone calls or answer emails I would have to move on to somebody else and she was mad because she said I was demanding to talk to somebody and customer relations and that I emailed Tim Cook.
Take it for me boys and girls if you make multiple phone calls and write emails you're going to be put on a red flag list and that's a way for them not to repair or replace your items and she was basically calling me a con artist and I was trying to get something for nothing. Let's get one thing straight you can going to Apple and throw the biggest fit in the world they will not replace an item unless an engineer determines that the item has a hardware problem.
So every device that I have had replaced was because he engineers deemed it hardware failure, I ask her if that was true and she said yes that they're the only ones that can replace the phone. I also said what would be my reasoning for trying to get a phone that's less than a month all replace what would I get out of that nothing in fact it will cost me money to drive all the way to Orlando and probably cost me 75 or $80 I would lose a gas and temper glass screen protectors.
Let's get to straight to Apple doesn't lose anything what a phone or an iPad or something like that goes bad they write it off on there taxes don't lose anything I also asked this very rude senior advisor did any of my phones come back damaged but I sent them back she said no I said did any of my phones get replace because they were misdiagnosed and wasn't hardware and it was software or answer to that was no so because I called multiple times and he didn't like it see what Apple Watch is a bunch of customers that don't use common sense and follow them like sheep and don't question anything they do they don't like people that use your head and say hey somethings not right here.
I'm done with them I've already filed complaints with three government organizations and I'm gonna try and find more I'm going to hammer them as much as I can, this company is an even close to the same company that Steve Jobs ran it's full of liars and thieves.
