Apple Orthodontics Plano VERY RUDE..PUT ME INTO DEAD AIR..NOT PROFESSIONAL..STAY AWAY..YOU WILL TREATED LIKE CRAP. ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER SHE SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY YOUR MONEY. Plano Texas

 I called to transfer my daughter to Apple Orthodontics and I spoke witht he manager there her name was Berthey.  She was not only eager to get me off the phone, but she was rude and sarcastic.  I was explaining to her why we left the original place she had her braces put in and she just dismissed everything I told her.  I advised her that I was told by one of her employees that I can come in and they can request the transfer at their office and I can speak to the former dentist.  She cut me off very rudely and sharply and told me that I have to have the transfer papers in my hand.  Then she started making up rules of the company as we were speaking.  It was so obvious.  She made me feel like they did not want to have my services.  I asked her for her supervisor and she told me that she was the manager.  The manager???? I said.  Wow, how in the world does a manager speak such rudely and sarcasticly to they customers.  Then when I asked for another phone number to call she said they are corporate and this was the only phone number for Apple Orthodontics.  Wow, only one phone number?? No other number to call for such a big corporation? I get the most sarcastic and rude manager.  Then she just put in into dead air.  She didn't hang up on me because we're on a recorded line, but it's acceptable to put a customer into dead air.  NICE!! This was absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to be treated this way for service. 

If you are considering service at this company.  Think twice!! If I was treated this way, you will too.  I am glad I was treated this way so I can stay far away from this place.  No person should be treated this way for any kind of service.  There are thousands of Orthodontics who I'm sure value customer service and that is where I will spend my money at.  Terrible terrible service.  I do not recommend this company to an honest and hard-working family who just want the best service for $5,000 worth of braces. No way!!
