I odered a part for my washer, for a company called appliance zone on 1/13/14, when i recived the part it was defctive. When i talked to the company (appliance zone) only online you cannot reach them by phone.... They said it is not there polliacy to give a refund. I have talked to them on several different occiasions with no results. I am so upset, I do not know what else to do.....
