Appliances of Plano Misleading and False Adverstisment of a Full Capacity that only works on medium setting company refuses to fix or replaces washer Plano, Texas

The problem date begin on the day of delivery. The washer and dryer was purchased on 02/05/2010. the model numbers are Mav9657EWW No order# presented on receipt No account# presented on receipt sales rep n/a. payment amt$595.38 for washer and dryer.Payment method was Visa the arrangement in the store was that we would be on waiting list for matching dryer which was paid for in advance. Problem date began same date as delivery date which we were delivered the wrong dryer and had to wait once again for the correct dryer. The washer we paid for was full capacity heavy duty washer which flooded our apartment from the laundry room to adjacent room when set at a large load setting.I set an appointment with Appliances o Plano the following day to complain about the situation. The representative promised someone would be out by 5:00pmto pacify the situation  I stayed home only to a no-call no show. I once again set an appointment which I accepted the representative apology for my being .From that day inconvenienced forward even with a 90 day warranty service service request are never acknowledged with business nor customer in mind.I'm still to this day forward waiting for a part which was rigged by the tech at Appliance of Plano.I'm requesting a full refund for the price of the washer which only performs on a medium water level wash load.
