I went to work for Apps paramedical a month before Christmas put out alot of upfront money and Months later Finally received partial pay. When I asked for the full amount of money owed she Denied owing me money had her husband harass me and threatened to file a restraining order. I let the issue go because I was sooo tired of trying to fight her. Then she came into my workplace and offered my best friend also a coworker a job knowing I was employed there, I am a single parent living on my income. I hope no one else falls victim of this company.

I saw the report one sub contractor wrote about my
company.Let's set the record straight. I did give her payment, It was more than partial. I gave her a check for $400.00 and withheld $75.00 because of supplies she refushed to return. Centrifuge, value-about $150.00 and lab kits $5.00 a kit, about 25 kits and paperwork. I thought i was more than fair to this person. If you work at a job and do not return things of theirs, They withhold your paycheck. I did not do that. I told her i am withholding, $75.00 intill i get my supplies. She would not return them. So i was more than fair with the $75.00.
My company does not do drug screens and i never went into her work and i never offered her best friend a job.
This lady harrased me by phone and fax and e-mail 24-7. All she would of needed to do is return my supplies and the $75.00 would of been rendered. She did not. This was not around christmas 2003. This was earlier,than that.
To me this is slander,she has said and will be delt with as that.
