THEY ARE BAD AND ALWAYS LIE TO ME BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT ME TO HAVE MY EQIPMENT EVEN THOUGH I DO HAVE FULL HEALTH INSURANCE. IM FULLY COVERED AND BECAUSE I FILED A COMPLAINT IN 2010 ABOUT  WHAT UPMC DID TO ME. NOW IM GETTING THREATS AND HATE CRIMES DONE TO ME,
