 Left numerous messages and emails inquiring about ship date. Seller was very poor with communication. Finally shipped after two weeks. Sent overnight upon delivery immediately open and Kole tang was dead. Hippo covered in Ick. Quarantined hippo with copper sulfate overnight, he didn't make it to the morning. One shrimp arrived the other two didn't. Although there was a small bag of sand… After many calls emails the seller replied that he would replace the Kole Tang on my next order. Never acknowledged the Hippo or the two missing shrimp. Repeated emails and calls asking for a credit as I would not order anything else from this place have not been returned.

Mr Bill keeps burying himself even deeper.  If any future customers or curious customers are interested, we have a huge customer following, and we fill orders daily, and if any potential customers want references we easily provide names and contact info for private customers and many businesses we provide livestock and aquarium equipment too.

Mr Bill stated we took two weeks to ship his order, We proved by HIS OWN EMAILS he requested his order be held till that date. 

We posted EVERY EMAIL he ever sent us. Just reading his emails and our replies tell a very different story then the one he is stating. 

He again states not getting a refund? Give this a break... Mr. Bill immediately got a credit back to his credit card. As soon as we received his picture of the dead fish we credited back a refund to his credit card. It occured in 3 days from the time we shipped his order. We even posted the refund authorization number in our initial response. Maybe he should call his bank and give them the authorization number to check on it? 

He said the Blue Hippo we sent got ich and died and was dead and never in his tank???  
Yet the just posted picture of his Blue Hippo shows it quite alive. A beautiful healthy Blue Hippo without any ich. Ich shows itself by big lighter colored blotches and white spots all over. The picture shows his hand holding a very healthy fish out of the water. Both beautiful and quite alive. 

Please note there was no hesitation in sending us a picture of a dead Kole Tang with the tail cut off which we require to prove it was dead, not just out of the water.. But no picture was ever sent of the dead Blue Hippo. Only a nice picture of a very live one....hmm.

So in closing we appreciate the oppurtunity this gave us to show in detail how we do communicate in our emails and provide quality service. We try very hard with all our customers. Sometimes fish do die and we try to take care of the issue as soon as we get what we need..We don't know why this customer is hostile, a refund was provided for the fish that died. But we don't refund for fish and inverts that are alive and swimming.

  First of all I have not seen any credit on my credit card. I disputed the charge yesterday If this is what they are referring to. Second it would have been a lot easier to return my phone calls or emails than to have to go online to air grievances in order to get a response. Third although it was not mentioned in the complaint the fish were not the size described on the website. Lastly The shrimp and hippo are not in my tank. It would've been hard to miss shrimp in a bag. And if the hippo went into my tank I would have lost a lot more fish as he was covered with Ick. Horrible customer service. Just search around for complaints on aquarium creations online or aquacon and it will become obvious this is normal for this vendor. Lesson learned, I will do more research next time.

     You know it's so hard to do the right thing when customers don't tell the truth. Mr. XXXXXXX is not being truthful in quite a few areas of his complaint. First one, right away was that we didn't send his order for two weeks? The truth is that he couldn't take the shipment until almost 2 weeks from the time he ordered because he stated he'd be away. So why be dishonest? Below are his emails about holding the order.

Right here is the email he sent to hold shipment: 

Hi, just got a voicemail that you are sending out the order. I'm out of town until this Sunday the 20th, Can you delay delivery until Sunday through Tuesday please.

Followed by this email: 

Hello I just wanted to confirm that you were going to send the order out tomorrow, Monday the 21st and I would receive it on Tuesday the 22nd. I am leaving Wednesday morning to go out of town so I just want to confirm this. Thank you

On the 22nd upon receiving his order we got an email his Kole Tang died.

Hello, I just received the shipment and the yellow eye tang was dead upon receipt. I will send a picture with the tail cut off for your instructions. Please confirm receipt. Thank you

 

On the 23rd we replied about us replacing his dead Kole Tang.

Hello William - So sorry the Kole tang died. Per warranty info you agreed to when you placed your order, we will replace the Yellow Eye Kole Tang at no charge on your next order placed with us. No rush, whenever you order again it will be added.

On the 24th we received this email from customer Bill:

Did you get my other emails? The hippo tang also died within a day and the shrimp didn't ship. I would like a credit not another order.

On the 24th we replied there were no other emails sent to us, please read the following:

Hi William - We haven't got any other emails yesterday or this morning except the one in your email trail above refering to your email about other emails and wanting credit. Also why 2 days later are you claiming no shrimp? Most likely the shrimp are hidden in your tank Shrimp often are hard to find. Please check during feeding time I'm sure they will be found. Last, for your Blue Hippo, per our warranty yes we will cover it as long as you do what you did before for your Kole Tang. Just send us a picture proving the death. 

On the 24th per Bill xxxxxxx request we issued him a refund not a credit.
The refund as requested was issued on the 24th and the number for tracking the refund is 3050472713. 

Today is March 26th, now we have a Rip Off Report from Mr. Bill.

    We never received any picture of a dead Blue Hippo, now we feel most likely it is alive in his tank or he would of sent us a picture just like he did with the Kole Tang which did die. He is complaining about his refund which most likely will take a few more days to show. His order was only shipped 5 days ago, his refund issued 3 days after order shipped. I believe he is trying to rip us off, he has no right to report us as a rip off when all along we did the right thing and did everything quickly.

Hi,
After the Kole tang arrived dead the hippo tang didn't make it through the night. The hippo tang also died. It arrived with Ick that was in the gills. Treated with copper sulfate overnight and it didn't make it.
Just to recap, both Tangs are dead and I didn't receive the 2 shrimp and no one has responded to my calls or emails. I'd like a credit for the 2 fish and the shrimp that never arrived. I'm not interested in replacing any fish from you after this experience. Please respond.




   On Tuesday Mar 22nd 10:14 AM (only 4 days ago), We wrote to To Metzger: Hello william - So sorry the Kole tang died. Per warranty info, we will replace the Yellow Eye Kole Tang at no charge on your next order placed with us. No rush, whenever you order again it will be added.
