I am pleading with you to make this right! $177.45 is a lot of money to me. I placed an order in good faith and then canceled the order after a couple of weeks because Aquacon was unable to fill the order. I was told my account would be credited but it never was. I have sent several emails as you can see below and you have never responded to me. As I said below I would be more than happy to put the $177.45 toward product to help minimize any bookkeeping issues.

I would really appreciate it if you contacted me via phone or email. I have emailed this message to all of the contacts on your web page in hope that you or someone from Aquacon will respond.

To date this issue has still not been resolved. I placed and paid for the order listed below and NEVER received a thing! I have attempted to resolve this on several occasions and have received no help from you what so ever. I am currently looking for a small Assai and Clown trigger. I would be happy to put my $177.45 credit towards these items and get this behind us.

I placed an order in July 2004 and never received the order. I was told on several occasions my account would be credited but it never was. After several months and still no refund, I made several phone calls and spoke with Francis. At the request of Francis I faxed him the message below. I was told this would be taken care of but still nothing has happened. I've allowed your company to string me along for way too long now. I am no longer interested in purchasing the items listed below and am requesting you refund the $177.45 to my account by end of day tomorrow 4-5-05.

I placed an order July 2004 for some linkia stars and a couple of other critters. After waiting a couple of weeks and the order still not shipping, I canceled the order. I called a couple of times and was told the amount would be credited. Nothing has happened yet.
