Hired for house renovation in June 2013.

Low balled estimate which was pure BS.

Did demolition right away then over charged for every thing.

Completion date was Dec, 2012, then that changed to 3/2014.

On April 1 when I confronted Tony Aquino that project was no where near completion he abandoned the project on 4/2/14.

He walked away leaving me with no heat, unfinished baths(3) kitchen, exterior siding, unfinished interior stairs, unhung doors, unfinished kitchen etc. and he had been paid in full for all of these items.

I have found 9 entities for him. I think he rips customers off, closes shop and opens another company.

His current license is under a plumber's home Improvement license and not on his own.

All his property is in his daughter's name.

I'm 70 years old. recently retired and this was to be my dream home close to family.

He left me looking at another $40,000 to finish my house, I've been staying with my daughter waiting on the house to be ready.

All he did was lie to me about every thing, every step of the way.
