ARA Inc. Sent me a letter stated I owe $8,285.79 to an original creditor: Santander Consumer Usa Inc.-Hsbc They don't even have my right middle initial. Villa Park Illinois

 I got a letter in the mail on Sept.15,2014 informing me that ARA Inc. has recently obtained and now is legal owner of my Santander Consumer Usa Inc,- Hsbc Account.     I never heard of Santander Consumer Usa Inc,-Hsbc .  They also have my name wrong. Says if unable to pay entire balance in full, I could call Mark Farmer at ext. 3402.

Timothy Johnson and Mark Farmer1888-409-5060 Tel1888-315-1550 Fax Timothy Johnson threatened me over the phone on several occasions telling me that I was stupid and that they are going to sue me for a debt that is well over seven years old from a state that I never visited. I asked for the original creditors info he refused. He told me that because I am refusing to pay the debt and and that I am a irrisponsible idiot. I hung up and called back 5 times and they hung up on me. When I finally got an answer I asked to speak with Mark Farmer ext. 3402 I was told that hes in meetings. I asked to be transferred to his voicemail and they did. The voicemail sounds just like Timothy Johnson. villa park Illinois

ara inc received a call from this company@my place of employment on 01/03/2017,also received a call from this company on 01/01/2017 from a private number. the message i received on 01/01/2017 stated i was being sued for non payment of a paydat loan. i retured call on 01/13/2017 to see how much was the amt i owe,was told i owed $900 on a $300 loan,but this company was willing to settle for a lesser amt on 01/13/17 Internet
