I paid my account off in full months ago. Now ARC wants 6% interest or $24.35 for the month of June.
What kind of scam is this company running. this feels like extortion. If you don't pay them, they can ruin your credit rating I don't know how to fight back. They made me feel like a criminal in the first place, so I paid the student loan off completely.
