Archadeck Will not honor deck warranty Richmond Virginia

Had custom deck constructed costing over $17000.00. Deck has a lifetime warranty against wood failure defimed as "splitting, cupping and warping. I have all three. Archadeck and parent company Outdoor Living Brands were notified in Aug 08. After a few conversations, they have stopped responding to my inquiries and are nolonger taking my phone calls. My deck surrouonds a swimming pool. The excessive splitting and danger of splinters has made the pool unusable.
