Archer uses an outdated accounting system which is totally inappropriate for the co-op business. It is a cash based accounting which is only confusing and not helpful to any Co-op Board.
Archer is too cheap to install the proper accounting systems. Our co-op found out too late how badly this system was. Hence we were misled on our finances and some of our bills were never paid until we changed agents.
Bill Archer tries to tell you that his system is great with no complaints. Do not beleve this. Go elsewhere.
