Mr. Ghiaee and I were engaged in a business transaction. We had agreed on specific terms verbally. When I attempted to get him to put them in writing he said "I am man of my word", "Trust me".
When the transaction was finalized, he took it upon himself to change the terms underhandedly and did not pay me the full amount owed. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this man. He is a fraud.
