She sells defective items and will not pick up calls or respond to emails concerning the transaction. Tells a lot of lies. First she did not ship out membership materials and when I finally got her on the phone 20 phone calls later, she refused to provide tracking. Said item was lost in transit. When I finally placed order, she sent cheap defective knock offs.
