I have faxed this company between 10-15 times with no response. Left my Info on their Answer machine-they will not answer the phone anymore.They have a recording now about cancelling a membership and auto Pay and billing monthly that i never joined.
I called twice and left all proper information on the recording and my account has yet to be reversed of the charge. I did not authorize any recurring or monthly billings in any way. They need to change their deceptive business practices.

It is very possible you have faxed the wrong company because there has not been 1 day in 9 years this company has not received faxes?
