These three companies claim to hold mortgage, did a refinance, with Argent Mortgage, who sold to Ameriquest Mortgage CO., Argent Sue me upon the note, Ameriquest Mortgage CO. Sold, assign or transfer to AMC MOrtgage Co. before sue was file. Argent Mortgage co. grant summary judgment, AMC Mortgage Co. file for foreclosure.

Mortgage, mortgage who own the mortgage???????

fraud, decit and bribery are part of this problem, any suggestions???
