Ordered 3 products on 01/20 called and emailed several times with no response. Credit card was charged full amount on 01/29. Was received on 02/01 a particle order. 2 major items were missing. I have attempted contacting them several times by both phone and email. I have received no response at all. Contacted Credit Card Company and filed a report.

Hi.  I am glad you got your items.

I did apologize for the delayed communication already.  And I am happy to do so again.  It was honestly bad timing is all as we were severely understaffed for the volume of orders we had to deal with.  You can't prep for everything.  

However, what we do guarantee is that we are HONEST and RELIABLE.  

If you have problems with the products, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve them in accordance with the warranties provided.

I am hoping that you will give us another chance one day to prove to you that what you experienced is not the norm.  We will be happy to offer you special discounts on any of our products including night vision products lines.

Products finally Arrived

No Communication to me equals poor Customer Service.

While I did receive the 2nd shipment at 4pm EST 02/06/13, 18 days from the original order placed by me over the internet on your opticsbestbuy web site.  Your lack of followup was the problem. The remaining items has on their shipping slip an order date of 01/26 which was 6 days after I placed the order on the internet.

The UPS tracking number I received on the same day I received the  products from California showed a 5 day trip from CA to Memphis TN. which explains some of the delay.  Of course one cannot hold you responsible for those 5 days of delay.

Had I simply been told that the order was split and the Shipping INFO sent as soon as the package had been placed in the shippers system ready for pick-up from them a shipping number sent to me for tracking, THIS SIR WOULD HAVE A FAR LESS ORDEAL.

THANK YOU for BEING AN HONEST SHIPPER as you state in your first rebuttle but I will hesitant to order again and Certainly won't recommend your company to any of my friends.

My biggest fear is that if the products fail I MAY JUST LOSE MY INVESTMENT if I have to deal with you and not directly with the manufactor.

Finally the rest of the Goods were Received

At approximately 4pm EST UPS delivered the rest of the order. The UPS Tracking ticket is as follows: Order Processed: Ready for UPS Baldwin Park, CA, United States Jan. 20th date order was placed, Jan. 29th date Credit Card was Charged, Jan 30th date Partial order was shipped, Feb. 01 Partial order was received with tracking number sent through Google Wallet.

Many phone calls leaving a message with contact information and emails via Google Wallet and not one returned called or email except a rebuttal to this original complaint. If I had been made aware that the remaining products were not in stock and had to be ordered through the manufacturer I may have been a bit more patient. But NO COMMUNICATION means NO Customer SERVICE to me. The (SHIPPING SLIP) in the delayed products has a (01/26/13 Date of Purchase) on it. This has to be YOUR order date not mine. I placed my order on 01/20/13. From the dated on the UPS shipping progress report one can tell it took 5 days for the shipment to go from CA to TN. Which is not the fault of anyone but UPS......

Having complained as much as I have IT COULD HAVE ALL BEEN CLEARED UP WITH BETTER COMMUNICATION ON THE PART OF Argus Tactical LLC aka http://www.opticsbestbuy.com/.......

I will not purchase again from them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

As you probably see from the tracking information we provided to you, your second package will arrive by the end of the day tomorrow via UPS.

To expedite the shipment, items were shipped to you directly from the suppliers so each one did not have the information about the second part of the order.  This is why the shipping slip only had the items that were coming from that supplier.

We did respond to you via email with the tracking information. However, as stated in the first response we do apologize for the lack of responsiveness in our communication with you.  We are severely understaffed at the moment.

I have as stated sent numerous communications via google wallet to you and have only had one communication in response.  Why haven't you responded to my last.  It's Feb. 5th and I have not received a second package.

When you send a split shipment most suppliers put on the packing slip such as well as mark the boxes as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 respectively.

You have a communication link via google wallet I suggest you use it.  I will make an addendum on this site (IF and WHEN I receive a Refund or Goods within the Next 24 hours)

Hello Mr Kennedy.

Your report is incorrect.  You purchased 3 items and all of them were shipped to you but in 2 packages.  For your privacy we are not going to post the tracking numbers here, but all the items you purchased were shipped and hopefully you will find that they satisfy your needs.

You made your purchase via Google wallet.  This system does not allow for us any way to provide distinct tracking numbers per item.

What we do apologize for is the slow response to your calls and emails.  This is due to an absolutely overwhelming volume of transactions as a result of the recent tactical weapon restrictions.

Once again, we hope that at the end you will find all items in good condition and to your satisfaction and will hopefully post and update here to notify the public of this fact.  It would also save a lot of back and forth if you could close your claim with your credit card company.
