Arielle Siner ,a student at the exclusive Morovian Academy used a credit card belonging to business associate of her mother Fatima Pimenta Siner to travel around Europe.
Arielle booked flights,hotels etc. Arielle Siner's name appears clearly on the bills.
Arielle's parents promised to repay the money ($100k or so) in numerous letters and e-mails They failed to do so for almost two years.
Presently they have begun resorting to vauge threats and abusive language in lieu of payment.

Irwin Siner (Arielle's Father) owns a store Hobbie and Heli's International. Irwin has been prosecuted twice for selling counterfeit merchandise. In answer to one of the lawsuits he hired an attorney, Joseph Molasky ,who mounted a vigorous defense.

Irwin Siner didn't pay his own attorney and was subsequently sued by Mr. Molasky for the legal fees. Irwin has been sued by Curtis Total Sevices for plumbing work done in his store. Curtis was awarded a judgement. The parents Irwin and Fatima are experts abuse the bankruptcy courts.
