 Hello consumers just wanted to give you a heads up on a popular electronic cigar company that has ripped me off. aristocigars.com is a California based company that sells the E-Cigar. I purchased a electronic cigar kit for $79.99 and the kit arrived incomplete. There was no cartomizer and no coil with the kit. Both of these items are needed in order for this electronic cigar to work. I contacted Aristo cigar about this and explained to the sales representative about what had happened and he did not care. He was very passive during the conversation and expressed no interest at all about helping me resolve this issue. I had no choice but to spend another $16.95 for a cartomizer. Basically they did not believe me. I did a background check and found out others have also been burned by Aristocigars. Cigar kits have been sold and arrived in unworking condition. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. You buy at your own risk. Buyer Beware. I made many purchases on the website , aristocigar.com and feel like this was uncalled for. This was my last purchase.
