I have been been paying arrears since 1996 and are still paying to the state of AZ. Dces child support enforcement. The original amount court ordered was $36,000.
I have paid a total through payroll deductions $38,000 plus $6,000 through income tax refund offset. Now as I am still paying through payroll deductions, the state of AZ has put a levy on my bank account and say's they haven't been paid in over a year and I now owe $34,000.
I have proof that they are getting paid regularly and they just cashed a check. They ignore all my request to review this case and continue to add more and not deduct the $43,000 I have already paid. This is truly a case of Goverment corruption, abusing their athority, and Unjust Enrichment!
