ADES ran a report that showed I hadn't paid child support during years 2001 through 2005. My credit report says otherwise. Don't the credit bureaus get their information from the companies who report it? Hence, ADES must have told them I was paying for all those years. Why now are they coming back on me telling me I didn't pay (when I know for a fact I did). What should I do. They refuse to listen to me. My account was turned over to the Attorney Generals office and Kathie Pearson (assistant AG) won't even entertain the thought that their computer database could have a glitch, or that they actually lost data and now I'm being charged without merit. Any ideas of what to do out there?

I just went to court and had the SAME Arizona Attorney General Assistant, Kathie Pearson. I wanted to talk about the interest being charged on interest and the judgnment that should of been paid off in 2008 and was not in Arizona according to the incorrect calculations paid until 2011. Both kid graduated in 2009 and 2010 and the state of Iowa had taken over the order which was incorrect for the past few years, and the case was closed - over - they received over $25,000 in tax returns, etc and now Arizona shows I owed $52,000 before court.
I wanted to address the incorrect calculations and Kathie Pearson rudely said out loud, we are not discussing this today! Then she talked my ex into writing off the interest??? I was like OMG what is going on here? Even my ex-husbands attorney was stating things we never got to talk about. Then the Commissioner never showed up as well!!, so the whole meeting was ran by the Attorney General...not on my side! In the court case history it shows a new judgement and all kinds of crap. I have yet to see the corrected amount of the new wage with-holding order. I have been trying to get this straight since 2005....this is not fair and my civil rights are being denied!! Was this even legal without the commissioner there? I am going to DC again on this. It is NOT over.
