I hired this "web designer" to make over my site. We agreed to a total of $1500, I gave him $750 down. After 2 hours of work and a REAL bad half done mock up that showed me he was not going to be able to do it, he ignored my communication (we set the deal up through skype)
I then filed a complaint through paypal and offered to give him $50 for his really bad mock up he spent an hour or 2 on. He then denied the refund request and wanted to be paid $425 for ONE mock up that wasn't even complete. The mock up was half finished.
Buyer beware of this scammer. He claims he has done work for big name rappers and celebrities. This guy is nothing but a scam.
