Don Wilson, owner of Arizona Perma-Glaze franchise, resurfaced my tub and gave me a one-year warrantly on his work. When his workmanship began to fall apart, I called on four occassions to report the cracking. he never called me back. At one point he had an associate call me when he thought I was a potential new client. When I told him about the problem he said don would call. He didn't. My warranty has now expired. Don't use these people! They will promise you service and warranty and will not deliver!

On Sept 12th 2008 a new potential customer pointed out this complaint against our company on this web site .....Frankly I was quite suprised when I read this ...We are a liscenced and bonded contractor in the State of Arizona with an outstanding record with the Registrar of Contractors and the BBB......we have no complaints ever filed with the Registrar and no complaints with the BBB that have not been resolved ...As a matter of fact with almost 17 years in business we have only had 2 complaints with the BBB and those were resolved as soon as we were made aware of a complaint .....You can certainly imagine the scope of work we have done over 17 years and only 2 complaints .
In response to this complaint we went back thru our phone logs for the period of time in Question and found no phone calls from an Erin stating she had a problem she wished resolved .....Also we looked back thru our invoices and could find no invoice for any one named Erin during the year prior .....After researching this persons complaint for the time period she is claiming , either she had work done under a different name or it had been longer than a year since her work had been done .....just so any one reading this knows we give a 1 year warranty on work that we do..... if she was out of warranty when she spoke with Mike my associate I'm sure it would have been explained that it was "out of waranty and a charge would be incurred to come back and repair the tub" .....since we have no way of knowing what occured to the refinished tub over the previous year and with out inspecting it , it is impossible to tell if the customer damaged it in some way or there was a failure of the product .....in any case if we had been able to inspect it even if the damage was customer caused we typicaly re-repair something out of warranty for a material charge only to try and be fair to the customer and if not a material charge then we charge a trip charge to go back .....
We have an outstanding relationship with our customers and work for some of the largest well known resorts in our area such as The Biltmore ...The Phonecian ...The Wigwam ...Hospitality Suite Resorts and many other Property Management ...Real Estate Companies and Apartment Complexes in Maricopa County....As with any Buisness it is impossible to please every one 100% of the time but I'm sure if our customers could speak for us on this matter any prospective customer would find us highly reputible ....we do the work the correct way ....and achieve very good results .
As The owner of this business since its inception I feel badly that a customer felt she had to go on-line and write a complaint like this, but I find it even stranger that if she had a legitiment complaint that she would not have contacted the BBB or the Registrar of Contractors in our area if she felt we were not being helpful to her.
