No matter what a judge recommends as an order, The Ariz. R.O.C. rejects it. Then they implement their own order against the contractor which shows prejudiced actions. It also takes more than three years to get through their court system. The Ariz. R.O.C. is bias against contractors which these actions have forced us to close our doors.
