People on the roadways are driving high on marijuana and they cannot keep their car in the proper Lanes. Cars are being sideswiped and people are being run off the road and are being killed and this is because of the state politicians that legalized drug sales because they wanted a drug where they could tax so they can make big time money, without having any marijuana breath test like alcohol breathalyzers. if you get pulled over you're tested and if you're drunk you're arrested and charged?
well the politicians sort of thought about this before allowing drivers to smoke marijuana and drive being high on marijuana; these individuals they cause accidents driving high on marijuana and they go home after killing your loved ones and they are not charged and get away with murder (thanks to the politicians) that legalizes the use of smoking marijuana while driving a car, if you get into an accident you need to Sue this state and all politicians that legalize marijuana use with no accountability and consequences when they drive and cause deadly accidents.

Everybody with the cell phone thinks they're Doctors and lawyers. I've lost too many friends and family due to multitasking drivers. In Columbia I was told that they put a sensor and signal blocker in the car so that your cell phone will not work.
They need to put a Law on the books (that if you're caught using your cell phone) while driving? you go to jail for 25 years and you can never be allowed to obtain a license again.... Are politicians are allowing this to happen... https://youtu.be/ZLywnpx7hIc

If people are weaving in and out of traffic, creating a hazard for other people on the road, they should be arrested and charged with doing just that. Car crashes caused by drivers impaired by alcohol kill more than 10,000 motorists in the United States per year. We don't respond by banning alcohol- we respond by banning impaired driving and inflicting harsh penalties for those who drive impaired.
Car crashes are also caused by distracted driving- changing radio stations, updating Facebook, talking, texting or just looking at phones. These crashes should and often do result in very heavy penalties. But we don't ban car radios, WiFi, etc. Why should marijuana be treated differently?
The problem isn't' marijuana. It's IMPAIRED DRIVING.
