 She is now scamming on eBay. She is selling high end items to fund her buying. She doesn't have the items she is selling. She steals pictures off the internet and sells the items pictured. She will take your money and print a fake shipping label that never makes it to the PO. Her user name is "acgsvet". I have shut down her PayPal account and in the process of filing a lawsuit against her. She mess up big time. I am going to enjoy this

Travis Phelps who has a company named Integrity Estate Liquidations, is the brother of Tracy Thomas. He runs Integrity along with his wife. As for Tracy, she has re-launched her company and now calls it Legacy Estate Sales.

The bottom line is Tracy doesn't pay her clients. She has ripped off multiple customers and is a habitual liar.  she could easily pay me the monies owing but has chosen not to. She is a fraud. she now thinks she can run and hide by changing the name of her online business. The realtor that introduced us to Tracy will never ever use her in a deal again.  The realtor was thoroughly embarrassed by her behaviour. This is not a way that any legitimate person does business. So don't do any business with Tracy Thomas. 

The above report about Travis is unfortunate and not accurate.  He has never been accused by anyone with issues against AZ Estate Liq. and was simply an employee of that company.  He had no control over payment of funds to the clients and can provide evidence to support that he had no involvement .  He did not run the company and was not the owner.  I believe the above comments to be a hoax and cannot be backed up by any evidence.  

He runs his business with Integrity and can provide referrals from happy customers to prove it. This is a very competitive industry and it appears someone has stooped to slander to try and get ahead.  If you work with Travis, you will be happy with the results.

I had Tracy Thomas come to my house and sell everything that I own.  I was going to use this money to purchase new furniture....I still have not been paid and it has been over 1 month.  I do not want it to go for months like the previous client so I will be filing a law suite against Tracy Thomas and her company, now called AZ Estat Sales.

I shoud of done my homework before I hired her and want to share this with everyone so that you do not use her and her company to sell your items.

I wish I knew where her Antique store is so that I could go to her directly....or see if she has taken my stuff and put it in her own shop!  

As a client of Tracy Thomas who has still yet to be paid by her 9 months later, I can say I am not a competitor.  I am a person who trusted Tracy Thomas to sell our belongings and she is/was the owner of Arizona Estate Liquidators.  She still owes us $ 1750 from a toal of $ 3750.  I have done my best to warn other people not to do any business whatsoever with her.  She says she has paid back all the people that she prviously didn't pay which is not the truth, since I am yet to be fully paid.  I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau etc.  She will see me in Small Claims Court for sure.  It must be hard for her to wake up every morning and look in the mirror.  She has damaged relationships with colleagues that used to refer her business and screwed her clients.  There is no integrity with Tracy Thomas or she would have simply paid me what she owes in the past 9 months.  She has admitted via email owing the money and has promised a hundred times to make pmnt, but never has.  

Tracy now does business from a store in Apache Junction called Patterns of the Past - Antique Mall.  So once again don't be fooled by anything she tells you or tries to sell you.  

 These posts and followups are lies by a competing estate sale company.  They have previously made these ridiculous  statements to a mutual friend.  So Yes, We know who you are and perhaps you should focus on ways to make your business better and not go on every internet whine site and badmouth your competitors.

Go to the police and report not being paid.  This is a crime.  Also s check the BBB there are a lot of complaints Tracy Thomas has not paid people.  She own a antique store in apache junctitheif that helps you to get yyour money.

If you were not paid then take Tracy Thomas to small claims court do not be stupid And stop complaining.  Also the main person who ran these sale that did not pay people is Travis Phelps who I heard is her brother.  Don't get mixed up with this man Travis Phelps who just started a company named Integrity Estate Liquidations.  This is the person who ran Tracy's company.  I am custimer of Tracy's and like her.  I don't like Travis and think its wrong he has tried to take her company away from her.
