Douglas D Macdonald/ license MACS-042950 Doing business as Arm & Hammer was hired to tile a 72 sq ft floor. The job was never finished,he was paid $645 cash-.In the beginning he bid the job stating 3 days to complete. After 8 days, it was never finished.He was told to stay home.Filed a small claims case against me for 50 hours not paid.He has done this numerous times with other clients I've been told.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this incompitent so called contractor.
