I contacted Armatys for a bid on a new house. He charged me $500 for a bid.

I also contacted another contractor for a bid. They did not charge for their bid.

No one charges for a bid. I wrote him a letter to please refund my money. This was a useless effort. My next plan is to contact the BBB.

Don't deal with guy. BAD NEWS!
