When I moved from 17800 Colima Apt. #75 on May 12, 2008 I left the Apt. clean. The only damage was to the carpet which I informed the manager of. He told me "not to worry about the carpet as it was due to be replaced". Arnel charged me for cleanup, paint, counter tops in the kitchen and the vanity which I did no damage to. I was also charged a fee for going from a lease to month to month which I was never notified of. I was chrged $279.00 for the carpet which I will admit to, which is the reason I am claiming they cheated me out of over $300.00.
