Aroma Coffee They offered a free bag of coffee for $1. Two weeks later they sent me an email saying my next order is on the way and charged Montgomery Alabama

I requested a free bag of coffee for $1.00, and then 2 weeks later, I received an email that my next order was on the way.  There was not way to cancel or anything, just that my card had been charged $68.75.  Their customer service email address is not working.  Their telephone number on my letter does not even ring.  My bank said it would be a dispute between me and the company and probably would not be able to do anything about getting my money back.  I researched - after the fact- the company and found out this is happening to everyone that took advantage of this offer.  No one saw anywhere that this was a trial offer or anything, just that their account had been charged for the same amount as me. 

The company is not  giving anyone a refund.  I cannot afford to lose this money.  I need this money back. This company needs to be stopped.  We all need our money back.
