Arrow Financial Services ripoff, uninformed, uncooperative, fraudulent Niles Illinois

I am going for a home refinance loan and noticed a derogatory credit collection on my Experian credit report. I then thru the help of the Mortgage company, contacted them with one of the loan officers on the other end of the line.

The first person, Lynn, we contacted couldn't find me or my Soc. Sec. number in the system, she then gave us another number to call. The second person, Natisha, couldn't find me in the system either. Both of these times, we waited at least 10 minutes on the line, until someone answered.

The third person we were directed to admitted I was NOT in the system, but my ex-husband was. She couldn't talk about the obligation , unless my ex-husband called. I then pointed out , the obligation occurred before we were ever married. The obligation was in his name and I had divorce papers stating that any debt incurred would remain in our sole names only. I was also kind enough to provide them with an updated address for him.

I was then told, that this was in litigastion and couldn't be discussed, period. I then asked, "why is my name and Soc. being reported and I am not able to discuss it with you, only my husband?" She then told me she wasn't going to lose her job over this. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told he was out to lunch and she took my number and he would call back. I still haven't heard back from them.

The loan officer for the mortgage company found it to be a rather enlightening experience. My credit is being hurt by this false report and they won't discuss it with me. NOW WHAT?
