I was also a victim of this company's underhanded practices. This compny knowingly distributed malicious software. This is the virus log:

Unfortunately I did not save the log where an employee explicitly said they were not going to attempt to resolve this issue or grant me a refund. But obviously I can't follow up with them because they banned me from their channel. I've escalated the claim with Paypal but I doubt I'll get a refund.
