"The ArtsCow photo development Company is not dependable. They take forever to send back your photos and if they are lost in the mail they refuse to replace them. This Company is based in China and I will never use them again and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to remember what I have gone through to have photos sent to me. You are better off dealing with a REPUTABLE company in the USA or Canada where your photos come on time with no trouble."
