I bought a camera from this individual who went by the name of "americandreamz" on ebay 1/11/05. Sent money order which was cashed 1/30/05. Contacted seller who said he had shipped. Merchandise not received. Seller would not answer phone calls or respond to emails.

Finally responded to email and said merchandise had been damaged in shipping and would refund my money. That was in February. Promised to have money refunded by 3/1/05. Still have not received a refund. Asked seller to send info on shipping insurance. He refuses. He was kicked off ebay shortly after he ripped me off.
