Unusual legal fees, being added to my mortgage. My mortgage payments has not been applied when they are received. I have sent late fees and they never apply them to the late charges. I have called many times and I'm on hold forever. After answering I never get a straight forward answer or they never allow me to speak to whom I ask for. This is the worst company to do business with. Escrow does not add up ever. I have been in my home over eight years and they are trying to take it over fees that should have never been generated.

You say you don't get a "straight answer". What does that mean. What legal work required fees to be assessed to you? Do they have a local office where you can sit down with a human and get some answers?
