As Seen On Tv Network, FLOAM, SAS Group Buyer Beware of FLOAM, Ripoff, Misleading, False Advertising, Consumer Fraud, DO NOT BUY! Tarry Town New York

I ordered the FLOAM kit after my daughter saw it on TV. The TV commercial promised much more then I received. I did not receive anything even close to what the livemerical video stated or the site it's self as portrayed on As Seen on TV Network.

After speaking to the representative at the SAS Group, even the rep personally acknowledged that the commercial was misleading and quickly disclaimed that she would do nothing about making the order right. She further noted that if i sent it back i would have to pay frieght and wait 6 weeks for a refund, where I have already waited nearly 7 weeks to receive this product. This SAS rep made it clear that their was no difference between the terms, large, jumbo and double as it all comes in one size now, "Large".

I'm in possesion of 4 identical sized, 3.5oz tubs of FLOAM which actally weigh about 2.6oz each, nothing doubled or jumbosized there. The websites clearly says that the green is double the size of the jumbo, but that again that is not so. It also did not include the step by step Floam model making guide either.

The product Floam, may be nice and perform as depicted, its the company SAS Group who fraudulently portrays a sales campaign that is far from accurate. They should be investigated by the FTC, sued, put out of business and the owners prevented from ever owning a private company immediately. The SAS Group is a bunch of con artists who willingly misrepresent themself to all consumers in an effort to gain. In my opinion, what I receieved should have retailed for about 7.99. The shipping costs were greatly inflated as it does not cost 8.00 to mail via USPS a less then 1lb product. It concerns me greatly that if bluntly commit these types of unethical business practices, what are the doing with my credit card information also.
